objects. Safety lidars typically operate in the near-infrared spectrum (e.g., 905nm or 1550nm). When these laser pulses encounter a glass cleanroom door, a poly-carbonate partition, or a pallet tightly wrapped in LLDPE (Linear Low-Density Polyethylene) stretch film, the photons often transmit entirely through the material or scatter unpredictably.
