Underlying Technical Logic: Beyond Simple &#8220;Distance Measurement&#8221;<\/h2><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"font-family: 'Source Sans 3', sans-serif; line-height: 1.5em;\">\n    <p>\u4f5c\u4e3a\u4e00\u9879\u6210\u719f\u7684\u5de5\u4e1a\u4f20\u611f\u6280\u672f\uff0c\u539f\u56e0\u5728\u4e8e <a href=\"https:\/\/issrsensor.com\/ultrasonic-sensors\/\" target=\"_blank\">\u8d85\u58f0\u6ce2\u6db2\u4f4d\u4f20\u611f\u5668<\/a> \u8d85\u58f0\u6ce2\u6db2\u4f4d\u7cfb\u7edf\u4e4b\u6240\u4ee5\u80fd\u591f\u80dc\u4efb\u590d\u6742\u7684\u975e\u63a5\u89e6\u5f0f\u6d4b\u91cf\uff0c\u662f\u56e0\u4e3a\u5176\u57fa\u672c\u903b\u8f91\u5efa\u7acb\u5728\u4e25\u683c\u7684\u58f0\u5b66\u7269\u7406\u57fa\u7840\u4e4b\u4e0a\u3002\u5de5\u4e1a\u7ea7\u8d85\u58f0\u6ce2\u6db2\u4f4d\u7cfb\u7edf\u901a\u5e38\u4f9d\u9760\u4ee5\u4e0b\u4e09\u4e2a\u6838\u5fc3\u673a\u5236\u6765\u786e\u4fdd\u6570\u636e\u7684\u7edd\u5bf9\u53ef\u9760\u6027\uff1a<\/p>\n    \n    <ol style=\"padding-left: 20px; margin: 0;\">\n        <li style=\"margin-bottom: 1em;\">\n            <strong>\u98de\u884c\u65f6\u95f4\uff08ToF\uff09\u539f\u7406\uff1a<\/strong> The working process of an ultrasonic level transmitter is a microsecond-level &#8220;transmit-reflect-receive&#8221; closed loop. The piezoelectric ceramic transducer inside the sensor emits high-frequency ultrasonic pulses that travel downward through the air. Upon encountering a liquid surface (where acoustic impedance changes abruptly), most of the sound waves are reflected back to the sensor. The system accurately calculates the time difference (ToF) of the sound wave&#8217;s round trip through a built-in microprocessor, which is then converted into the liquid level distance.\n        <\/li>\n        <li style=\"margin-bottom: 1em;\">\n            <strong>\u52a8\u6001\u6e29\u5ea6\u8865\u507f\uff1a<\/strong> \u5728\u5b9e\u9645\u5de5\u7a0b\u4e2d\uff0c\u7a7a\u6c14\u4e2d\u7684\u58f0\u901f\u5e76\u4e0d\u662f\u6052\u5b9a\u4e0d\u53d8\u7684\uff0c\u800c\u662f\u968f\u7740\u6e29\u5ea6\u7684\u53d8\u5316\u800c\u5927\u5e45\u6f02\u79fb\uff08\u6e29\u5ea6\u6bcf\u53d8\u5316 1\u00b0C\uff0c\u58f0\u901f\u5927\u7ea6\u53d8\u5316 0.6 \u7c73\/\u79d2\uff09\u3002\u4f18\u79c0\u7684\u5de5\u4e1a\u8d85\u58f0\u6ce2\u4f20\u611f\u5668\u5728\u63a2\u5934\u5185\u96c6\u6210\u4e86\u4e00\u4e2a\u9ad8\u7cbe\u5ea6\u70ed\u654f\u7535\u963b\uff0c\u53ef\u5b9e\u65f6\u8bfb\u53d6\u6c34\u7bb1\u5185\u7684\u73af\u5883\u6e29\u5ea6\u3002\u7136\u540e\uff0c\u5fae\u5904\u7406\u5668\u6267\u884c\u52a8\u6001\u58f0\u901f\u8865\u507f\uff0c\u4ee5\u786e\u4fdd\u6beb\u7c73\u7ea7\u7684\u6d4b\u91cf\u7cbe\u5ea6\uff0c\u5373\u4f7f\u5728\u663c\u591c\u6e29\u5dee\u6781\u5927\u7684\u5ba4\u5916\u73af\u5883\u4e2d\u4e5f\u662f\u5982\u6b64\u3002.\n        <\/li>\n        <li style=\"margin-bottom: 1em;\">\n            <strong>\u51fa\u8272\u7684\u5168\u5a92\u4f53\u517c\u5bb9\u6027<\/strong> Unlike optical sensors (such as infrared or laser) that are easily affected by liquid color, transparency, or water surface reflection, ultrasonic technology is truly &#8220;color-blind&#8221; and &#8220;light-blind.&#8221; This means it is completely unaffected by container transparency, liquid color, or dielectric constant. Whether it is clear pure water, pitch-black waste liquid, or transparent glass medicine bottles, ultrasound can provide extremely stable interface reflection signals.\n        <\/li>\n    <\/ol>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-heading stk-block-heading stk-block-heading--v2 stk-block stk-53a4568\" target=\"_blank\">ATG<\/a>)\u5728\u5176\u50a8\u7f50\u81ea\u52a8\u76d1\u6d4b\u65b9\u6cd5\u6307\u5357\u4e2d\u63d0\u51fa\u7684\u6301\u7eed\u76d1\u6d4b\u548c\u9632\u6f0f\u8981\u6c42\u3002\u5927\u578b\u6df1\u6c34\u6c60\uff08\u901a\u5e38
