To enrich employees’ leisure time, enhance teamwork and communication, and foster a positive corporate culture, Chengdu Intelligent Sensor and System Technology Research Co., Ltd. (Main R&D – Factory not included) held a team-building activity themed “Uniting Hearts and Minds, Walking Together with Badminton” on November 8, 2025, at Qingrong Lake Sports Park. Employees from various departments actively participated, creating a lively atmosphere filled with enthusiasm and laughter.
This sports meet adopted a two-person team competition format, with teammates and opponents determined by drawing lots. This not only increased the competitive fun but also allowed colleagues from different departments to build tacit understanding and trust during the competition. On the field, the athletes cooperated seamlessly and fought hard. Many exciting moments of fast attacks, spikes, and saves were captured by the camera, showcasing the spirit of striving for excellence and teamwork among INSA employees.
After several rounds of fierce competition, the competition came to a successful conclusion. Company leaders presented awards to the winning teams on site and took photos with them. Applause and smiles recorded this moment of honor.

After the event, everyone went to a nearby farmhouse for a team-building dinner, enjoying a fragrant whole roasted lamb feast. In a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere, employees chatted and exchanged ideas, sharing anecdotes from the competition and their work experiences, with laughter filling the air, bringing this team-building activity to a perfect close.
