The ISUF-32A Clamp-On Ultrasonic Flow Meter is designed for accurate, fast, and non-invasive flow measurement using ultrasonic sensors. With a local display and keypad-based setup, users can view instant flow and totalized volume, then configure key parameters directly on the device. For system-level integration, it also supports communication for centralized management, enabling smoother monitoring across multiple locations while keeping the on-site display available.

Built for practical installation, the portable clamp-on structure allows quick mounting without cutting the pipe, reducing downtime. The meter supports 4–20 mA analog output, pulse output, and TTL232 communication, making it easy to connect to PLCs, controllers, data acquisition systems, and industrial monitoring platforms. For reliable operation, the ISUF-32A includes pipe diameter setup, zero calibration, flow rate calibration, alarm settings, and configurable pulse/current mapping to match application requirements.

With suitability for pipe OD 28–44 mm and flow measurement in the 5–300 L/min range, the ISUF-32A delivers stable results for clean liquid pipelines. It is engineered for operation under typical industrial conditions, supporting a sound speed range and temperature limits defined by the specification, helping ensure dependable performance in real-world process control.

Typical Applications

ISUB6000-30GM85 water level application

This clamp-on ultrasonic flow meter is ideal for measuring the flow of liquids in industrial pipelines where installation must be simple and non-invasive. It can be used for factory process monitoring, utility and sub-metering, flow verification, and centralized energy or production management systems—especially when you need to keep the pipe intact while still enabling both local display and remote communication for monitoring. Typical applications include industrial water systems, cooling/heating loop monitoring, HVAC-related piping, and clean-liquid process lines.
