The 300kHz ultrasonic double-sheet sensor is a high-precision, non-contact material overlap detection device. Utilizing approximately 300kHz high-frequency ultrasonic technology, it accurately identifies empty, single-sheet, double-sheet, and overlapping states. It is insensitive to color, brightness, and surface material, and supports the detection of various materials including paper, film, metal foil, and lithium battery electrode sheets. Supporting multiple output modes such as NPN/PNP normally open/normally closed, it is compatible with various industrial control systems and widely used in automated equipment for printing and packaging, label bonding, automatic feeding, lithium battery stacking, metal film slitting, and electronic mounting. It effectively prevents double-sheet feeding or dry-firing, improving production efficiency and stability.
