The ISU200-16.7TRBJ is a 200kHz high-frequency ultrasonic ranging transducer designed specifically for high-precision industrial automation applications. Utilizing advanced piezoelectric ceramic technology and a hermetically sealed, integrated transceiver structure, this product perfectly addresses the limitations of traditional low-frequency sensors in short-range detection and complex environments. With its high operating frequency of 200kHz, the sensor features an extremely short wavelength and superior directivity. This not only significantly enhances distance measurement resolution but also makes it an ideal core component for Double Sheet Detection systems, capable of accurately identifying overlapping layers of paper, film, or metal sheets.
In terms of reliability, the sensor's industrial-grade waterproof housing ensures a high-sensitivity echo output of ≥800mV across an extreme temperature range of -40°C to +70°C, maintaining an excellent Signal-to-Noise Ratio (SNR). The ringing time is strictly controlled to be ≤270μs, resulting in a minimal blind zone and rapid response speed, making it highly suitable for high-speed production lines.
