The ISUB4000-30GM85 series is a fully integrated ultrasonic ranging sensor capable of high-precision detection from 200mm to 4000mm. Its core competitive edge lies in its "Fully Integrated & Configurable" architecture. Users no longer need to stock diverse hardware models; by simply updating the firmware via a TTL serial tool, the output logic can be instantly switched between Analog (4-20mA/0-10V), Switching (NPN/PNP), or Digital signals. This "Software-Defined Hardware" innovation significantly reduces spare parts inventory costs and maximizes on-site commissioning flexibility.
In terms of application, the sensor leverages the inherent advantages of non-contact ultrasonic technology. Unlike traditional contact sensors (such as float switches or submersible probes), it operates without contacting the medium, thereby completely eliminating risks of mechanical wear, jamming, or chemical corrosion.
