The ISUB3000-30GM85 Series represents the next generation of industrial non-contact sensing technology, designed to simplify inventory management and maximize application versatility. Unlike traditional sensors with fixed outputs, this fully integrated ultrasonic sensor features a revolutionary programmable architecture. Users can switch between Analog (Current/Voltage), Switching (NPN/PNP with Hysteresis), and Digital (TTL) output modes simply by updating the firmware via a serial tool. This "All-in-One" design eliminates the need to stock multiple sensor variations for different control systems.

Engineered for precision and reliability, the sensor provides a detection range of 180mm to 3000mm with a minimal blind zone. It utilizes a 112kHz transducer and advanced algorithms to deliver stable measurements with 1mm resolution, even in challenging industrial environments. The sensor includes built-in temperature compensation to counteract thermal drift and supports synchronization to prevent interference in multi-sensor arrays.
